The Place LLC - Where Healing and Opportunity Meet

Thank you for your interest in The Place LLC. This page is reserved exclusively for individuals who are evaluating an equity position in our launch and expansion. Here you will find the core due-diligence materials and governance documents needed to understand the business, the opportunity, and the projected return profile.  This website is a prototype for our final client facing site.  Here you will find the core due-diligence materials needed to understand the business and opportunity.

The Place is a residential treatment center serving men struggling with compulsive behavior disorders, trauma, and co-occurring depression and anxiety. We offer a variety of services including our 30-day core program, ketamine assisted psychotherapy and a 2-week intensive program.  Our clinical model blends a proprietary trauma-informed treatment (TINSA), individual therapy, EMDR, 12-step support, and an optional medically supervised Ketamine-Assisted Therapy track. The program is designed to meet a national gap in care for a large, under-served population.

Our Investor Summary is a one-page summary that describes the model in depth, including mission, strategy, staffing, market analysis, and competitive advantages.  Our Investor Presentation summarizes the value proposition, scalability, financial upside, exit pathways, and risk controls, and outlines the behavioral-health licensing and accreditation roadmap.

The full documents are available for potential investors open to discussing the next steps after signing our non-disclosure agreement.

ABOUT THE PLACE

The Place was created by a leadership team with decades of experience in behavioral health operations, trauma treatment, recovery coaching, and program development. The founders’ vision was to build a clinically rigorous program that treats the root causes of compulsive sexual behavior instead of relying on surface-level approaches.

The center will operate as a specialized residential program in Pennsylvania, drawing referrals nationally from therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, clergy, first responder communities and private practices.

Our program features:

• A trauma-integrated clinical model
• A team credentialed therapists, psychiatrists, and trauma specialists
• A high staff-to-client ratio of 1:3
• A structured 30-day inpatient experience with an optional ketamine stabilization week
• A strong family care, after-care and alumni follow-up services

 Alternative therapies and nutrition instruction

The inpatient market shows high demand, long waitlists, and very few specialized programs with licensed psychiatric care and insurance reimbursement capabilities. This creates an advantageous position for The Place as both a mission-driven clinical operation and a scalable business venture.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE

The Place is raising three million dollars in capital to fund facility improvements, licensing, staffing, operational ramp-up, technology, and marketing. Investors purchasing units of membership interest will collectively own seventy percent of the enterprise. The pro forma model and cost analysis provide visibility into revenue, margins, and ROI.  Subscription agreements and required securities disclosures will be posted in the section below.

HOW WE DELIVER VALUE TO INVESTORS

The Place offers a combination rarely found in early-stage healthcare opportunities:

•   A specialty program with limited national competition

 •   High clinical credibility through specialized therapists, psychiatric oversight, and proprietary trauma-informed programming
•   Insurance reimbursement plus private pay pathways

•   Medical financing options
•   Scalable infrastructure that can be replicated in multiple states
•   Strong demand from professionals, therapists, and referral networks
•   A clear growth plan that initially targets East Coast metro markets

By combining intensive treatment with a differentiated clinical niche and a strong admissions pipeline, The Place positions itself for sustained revenue and mid-term exit opportunities through private equity acquisition or multi-site expansion.

Investor faq

 What exactly is The Place?

The Place LLC is a 30-day inpatient treatment center for men with compulsive behavior disorders, trauma, depression, and co-occurring psychiatric symptoms. The program integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy, individual treatment, EMDR, 12-step support, and an optional medically supervised ketamine therapy stabilization track.  It's corporate structure is as an LLC formed in Delaware.

Why is there a strong demand for this type of program?

Current research indicates that up to11 percent of the population may meet criteria for compulsive behavior disorder. Only a small number of inpatient programs exist nationwide, and even fewer employ certified specialists. This creates a significant treatment gap and strong referral demand.

How does the financial model work?

Revenue comes from insurance reimbursement, out-of-network billing, private pay, and optional add-on services. Market analysis supports daily rates between $900 and $1,400.

What is the initial capital raise?

The Place is raising three million dollars in total capital to fund licensing, facility readiness, hiring, accreditation, technology, and marketing. Investors collectively receive seventy percent membership interest.

What is the estimated timeline to launch?

From licensing submission to first client admission, the timeline is typically eight to ten months, depending on DMHSAS and Joint Commission scheduling.  The development team is working to shorten that time frame.
