Oversees day-to-day operations of The Place and ensures the delivery of safe, consistent, high-quality care. Leads staffing, facility operations, and coordination, while maintaining compliance, accreditation readiness, and a culture of accountability and compassion.
Provides clinical oversight of medical services and ensures medical policies, protocols, and standards of care are implemented across the program. Coordinates with psychiatry, nursing, and therapy to support medically appropriate treatment planning and patient safety.
Conducts psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management, integrating care with the therapy team to support recovery and stabilization. Guides clinical decision-making for complex cases and ensures evidence-based psychiatric practices and safety planning.
Directs the therapeutic program, ensuring consistent, trauma-informed, evidence-based care across individual and group therapy. Oversees clinical documentation and treatment planning, supports therapist development, and coordinates with medical and nursing leadership for integrated care.
Leads nursing operations, staffing, and clinical workflows to ensure safe, responsive 24/7 nursing coverage and monitoring. Sets nursing standards, documentation expectations, and training, and partners with psychiatry and therapy to coordinate whole-person care.
Serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referring professionals, guiding them through eligibility, scheduling, and next steps. Ensures timely, empathetic communication and a smooth transition from inquiry to admission.
